Nanowrite mo and mo and mo and keep on writing

Well, when I went to bed last night I had 3931 words.  I managed to get in about 900 words this morning and then I worked from 8:30 am till 7 pm.  Now I’m chillin on my sofa instead of writing, but at least I’m at 4831 and counting.

All my writing buddies are waaaaaaaaaaay ahead of me.  One even has over 11,000 words – pretty impressive.  And that’s only after two days.  I’m kinda sidetracked with the whole employment thing.  Oh well.  I made a few really beautiful cakes today.

And if that weren’t enough, my in-laws have called and invited themselves to visit next weekend.  They have a real nack for catching me at the worst possible times.  Oh well, between that and work I don’t know how on earth I’m going to get in more words, but at least I have a good start. 

Hubby is giving me grief for “checking out” on him.  Which is funny because I primarily write after he’s gone to bed or when he isn’t around.  Silly man.  And this is the second day of November.  Hmmm…
